At Whimsy Witch Co, every item is made just for you — printed on demand to reduce waste and support conscious shopping. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or customization once the order has been printed. Please double-check all items and shipping details before placing your order.
- Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible stolen, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages after they leave our facility.
- If your package is missing, or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
- We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with printing issues, damage, or a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. We'll be happy to assist — all claims are subject to approval by our third-party production partner.
